How to create a PayPal account that sends and receive money in Nigeria

Paypal is an American worldwide services that allows one to receive(s) and send money online. It is one of the world most internet payment companany that allows payment online,the company perform as an acquirer,performing payments online for users,either for business users or personal.

There are two types of PayPal account in use,
1. Business PayPal account and
2. Personal PayPal account.
